    Digital Sales - Sr. Manager / Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with agencies, direct advertisers, and unlock new client relationships to bolster our existing digital media business.
    • Demonstrate expertise in selling services encompassing Programmatic, Branding, Web/Mobile performance marketing solutions.
    • Recognize and capitalize on business prospects within all sectors, concentrating on acquiring new clients nationwide across various verticals.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to finalizing the deals.
    • Possess an in-depth understanding of digital products/services being offered.
    • Cultivate new business relationships with advertising agencies and marketing clients.
    • Create and present compelling media plans, skillfully negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
    • Represent the company at relevant events and conferences, effectively networking and serving as an agency ambassador.
    • Foster industry networks and proficiently manage key stakeholder relationships.
    • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, provide leadership, and coordinate efforts to meet sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure successful business deal closures.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • Analytical Skills: Capability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive insights to optimize campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
    • Experience: Previous experience of 3-4 Years working in digital ad-sales profile for Manager and Sr. Manager should have more than 6 years of experience.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the digital media landscape, including advertising platforms, industry regulations, and emerging technologies
    • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for pitching proposals, presenting ideas, and articulating the value of digital services.
    • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies according to market changes.
    • Experience Required – 4 to 8 years
