    Client Servicing - Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Act as the key liaison between the company and clients, understanding their needs and communicating them effectively to internal teams.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the organization.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, marketing goals, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing specialists, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to clients.
    • Anticipate client needs and address concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services, or expanding partnerships with existing clients.
    • Focus on growing company revenue by strategizing and planning to scale up their deliveries.
    • Work closely with the delivery team in formulating new and innovative delivery strategies.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • Deep understanding of affiliate/performance marketing about publisher requirements and relationships.
    • Target-oriented with a strong track record of exceeding expectations.
    • Should have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Preferably female candidates.
    • Experience Required – 3 to 5 years
