    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Job Description
    • We are seeking for Sr. Sales Manager/Sales Manager for Programmatic Business at DangleAds, One will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will lead a team of sales professionals and implement strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Responsibilities
    • Build relationships with agencies & direct Advertisers; and manage the strategic relationships, both accelerating the existing digital media business as well as helping unlock completely new client #relationships.
    • Experience selling services like Programmatic, Branding, Mobile Campaigns, etc.
    • Must have experience identifying opportunities in the southern and western regions of India to build a business by focusing on new clients.
    • Ownership over the commercial success, full accountability, and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPI’s.
    • Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing clients.
    • Pitch business proposals to clients and negotiate and close sales.
    • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.
    • Build industry networks and manage key stakeholder relationships.
    • Creating a roadmap for annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Work closely with the leadership team to complete the business deal closures.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • Skills
    • Have a proven track record of selling programmatic and branding solutions to leading clients.
    • Need to have an understanding of Affiliate & Biddable Modules
    • Prior sales experience from a Network, SSP, DSP, and Agency.
    • A good relationship with Agencies and Clients is a must.
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Requirements
    • 3-5 Years of experience in a business development/Ad sales role.
    • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
    • Track record of achieving monthly targets.
    • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-Level
    • Worked with any top 5 Agency and networks in India
