    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Job Description
    • Sales Executives will play a crucial role in generating sales through outbound calls, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
    • Responsibilities
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead-generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Research to understand client needs, present product/service information, and demonstrate how our offerings meet those needs.
    • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, negotiating terms and agreements as needed.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
    • Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the management team.
    • Capability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues that arise during the sales process.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
      MBA preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
    • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
    • Experience working with international clients and understanding of cultural nuances is desirable.
