Sales Executives will play a crucial role in generating sales through outbound calls, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead-generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Research to understand client needs, present product/service information, and demonstrate how our offerings meet those needs.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, negotiating terms and agreements as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the management team.
Capability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues that arise during the sales process.
Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience working with international clients and understanding of cultural nuances is desirable.
