    Paid Media Buying Specialist

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement paid media strategies across digital channels such as Google Ads,
      Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
    • Conduct keyword research, and audience targeting to identify target demographics and interests.
    • Create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages optimized for various channels.
    • Set up and manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Conduct A/B testing experiments to improve ad performance and drive continuous optimization.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to maximize advertising ROI.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing, to align media buying strategies with overall marketing goals.
    • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay informed about changes to Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Instagram advertising policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • 3-4 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on various paid media campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
    • Strong understanding of ad targeting capabilities, campaign optimization techniques, and performance metrics.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy and visuals. ● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.
    • Experience Required – 3-4 Years
    • Working Days – 5 (Monday-Friday)
