We are looking for a Mobile Head – Global Sales & Supply to lead and scale our mobile advertising business by owning revenue growth, publisher supply, strategic partnerships, and team leadership.

The Mobile Head – Sales & Supply will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of mobile business performance, including advertiser sales, publisher supply acquisition, yield optimization, strategic alliances, and P&L growth. This role requires strong industry relationships, deep mobile ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to scale revenue sustainably.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive mobile advertising revenue across performance, branding, and programmatic channels
  • Build and manage direct relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across geographies and  verticals
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and long-term contracts
  • Lead acquisition and management of mobile app and mobile web publishers
  • Ensure a healthy, scalable, and high-quality supply ecosystem
  • Maintain strong relationships with key supply partners and networks
  • Build strategic partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, agencies, and tech platforms
  • Represent DangleAds in industry forums, events, and partner discussions
  • Stay ahead of market trends, compliance changes, and platform updates (Google, Apple, etc.)
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Ops, Tech, Finance, and Product
  • Ensure process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and compliance standards
  • Own mobile business forecasting, budgeting, and P&L responsibility
  • Analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions
  • Identify risks and proactively implement corrective actions
  • Drive innovation in inventory types and monetization approaches

Requirements/Skills we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in mobile campaign delivery, ad operations, or performance marketing, preferably with an Ad Network, DSP, or AdTech platform.
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation using Excel, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with MMP dashboards, pixel/tracking integrations, and campaign pacing management.
  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering measurable results.
  • Leadership experience managing a delivery or ad ops team is preferred
