We are seeking a Digital Ad Sales Manager to expand our growth strategy across India, develop high-value partnerships, and be part of a results-oriented sales team.

This role demands a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of the ad tech landscape, hands-on experience in media sales, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team at DangleAds to drive business growth plans, revenue targets and strategic partnerships across the India region.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for Programmatic, CTV, and rich media offerings.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure for programmatic, CTV, and DCO offerings.                     
  • Identify and convert high-potential accounts across direct clients, brands, and digital agencies across the India region into long-term business relationships.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key marketing decision-makers and digital media heads to understand their goals and deliver tailored digital solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across platforms.
  • Provide strategic insights and campaign recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Programmatic Trading, and Account Management) to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in AdTech, Programmatic and CTV advertising.
  • Represent DangleAds in various industry forums, events, client meetings and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements/Skills we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA n  preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or programmatic sales.
  • Strong network across brands and agencies across India.
  • In-depth understanding of all programmatic ecosystems and data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and adapt a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
