Act as the key liaison between the company and clients, understanding their needs and communicating them effectively to internal teams.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the organization.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, marketing goals, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing specialists, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to clients.
Anticipate client needs and address concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services, or expanding partnerships with existing clients.
Focus on growing company revenue by strategizing and planning to scale up their deliveries.
Work closely with the delivery team in formulating new and innovative delivery strategies.
Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:
Understanding of the digital media landscape, including advertising platforms, industry regulations, and emerging technologies
Deep understanding of affiliate/performance marketing about publisher requirements and relationships
Target-oriented with a strong track record of exceeding expectations.
Should have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
