    Job Description - Sr. Manager Affiliate Partnerships

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage and build existing relationships with current partners.
    • Negotiate higher commissions, new promotions and better landing pages.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities with existing partners.
    • Manage internal team communications regarding partner product promotions, price changes and new business prospecting including research of new companies and products to be added.
    • Prepare strategy and insights while managing logistics of communications with future partners.
    • Analyze market, company and user data alongside partner strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives and priorities.
    • Planning campaigns, including web, email, social media, and display advertising.
    • Managing various affiliate partners for campaign delivery and reports reconciliation.
    • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns with various partners on regular basis.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure end to end tracking platform integrations across Appsflyer, Trackier and Branch.io, etc.
    • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Attending 5-10 meetings in a month.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thoughtful leadership.
    • Driving revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Monitoring campaigns and making timely changes if required.
    • Sharing regular reports as per requirements, understanding performance matrix, and explaining those to traffic partners.
    • Help traffic partners monetize their inventories via the right offers.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • Graduate/Diploma in Digital Marketing or related subject.
    • Proven 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
    • Experience with B2C Social media, Google Adwords, Email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
    • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
    • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
    • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
