    Job Description - Senior Manager Delivery/Delivery Head

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also have to demonstrate strong analytical skills.

    • Actively partner with key affiliates to help exceed revenue objectives; inspire affiliate excitement and engagement about our offers and products.
    • Design and oversee all aspects of our performance marketing campaigns.
    • Identifying and onboarding new publishers. Maintaining relationships with existing affiliates/publishers.
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Complete understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Tracking Platforms- Appsflyer, branch, tune, trackier, kochava, Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
    • To oversee delivery, strategic vision and operational execution for all Media.
    • Manage Performance and Branding campaigns for brands, etc.
    • Handle team to inculcate and maintain relationships with publishers in affiliate marketing domain.
    • Driving revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Setting up KRAs for the team and guiding them in achieving the same.
    • Work with the team to achieve performance marketing targets.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of proven success in managing and scaling digital affiliate programs.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to frame up succinct recommendations for leadership.
    • Ability to self-start, multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
    • Enthusiastic attitude; a passion for affiliate marketing and for using data to drive consumer marketing decisions.
    • Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data management tools.
    • Detailed understanding of performance marketing campaigns with fair hands on experience across CPL/CPA/CPS Mode of delivery.
    • Proven record of building, managing and driving an efficient delivery team.
    • Strong understanding of social media, branding, native, and programmatic marketing business.
    • Plan and formulate monthly/quarterly budgets and coordinate amongst teams to project numbers and deliver the same.
    • Acquiring publishers, exploring and expanding inventory.
    • Experience of managing a minimum 5+ team across various channels of delivery, i.e., Affiliate, Search, Social and Programmatic.
    • Experience of working on domestic as well as international campaigns.
