    Job Description - Publisher Partnerships

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Publisher Development & Account Management teams to align goals & objectives.
    • Build & deliver publisher reports to publishers & internal teams.
    • Technical aptitude to overcome any technical issues with integration.
    • Leading the Account Management team through implementing strategies, reports, internal/external meetings, growth initiatives, etc.
    • Source new publishers and drive business through them.
    • Communicate & work closely with our publisher network worldwide to manage relationships towards profitability.
    • Monitoring campaigns, campaign delivery, fill rates, payouts, & all other statistics with the publishers.
    • Work with the ad operations team for campaign alignment.
    • Good Knowledge of Affiliate Platforms, Affiliate practices, and Tracking Platform.
    • Campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting in an individual capacity.
    • Driving revenue and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Regular relationship building with all partners.
    • Sharing regular reports as per requirements, understanding performance matrix, and communicating the same to traffic partners.
    • Help traffic partners monetize their inventories via the right offers.
    • Validation Reporting.
    • Attending 5-10 meetings in a month.
    • Email Marketing, Performance Marketing (CPL/CPS/CPA), Campaigns Onboarding and Delivery, Publisher Acquisition, Publisher Management and Affiliate Marketing.

    Requirements/Skills we’re looking for:

    • 5-10 years previous work experience in the Mobile/Web Marketing Industry.
    • Proven track record of communicating with publisher clients to increase revenue & profitability.
    • Ability to communicate strategy and information to publisher clients & internal teams.
    • Process knowledge of publisher ad servers including but not limited to DSPs & Exchanges.
    • Proactive, solid work ethic and can execute focused and productive work in a startup environment.
    • Ability to multi-task multiple projects & processes with great attention to detail.
    • Friendly, transparent, team-player attitude.
    • Proven analytical & strategic problem-solving skills.
    • Understanding of CPL/CPA Mode of Operations.
    • Media buying/affiliate marketing.
    • Plan and formulate monthly targets.
    • Acquiring Publishers, along with exploring and expanding inventory.
    • 3+ years experience in managing affiliates.
